guess what's this? its blood!!!! big drops of blood! yesterday, i went for badminton training again. after some stamina training, we had some mini games within us. then i was called to have a game with wen hao and byran, double versus single. as the game start, i took a smash and got a score. then the game continue, and both of them trying to get my smashing again. and they manage to do it and the shuttle was in the court. after i pick the shuttle up, i saw wenhao was asking byran is he okay, and byran was rubbing his nose without his spectacles. i guess he was hit by wen hao accidentaly. byran's left cheek was red, and i feel that its something wrong. i walk near them and byran's nose was bleeding. i straight away called to hold on and bring him to our coach. his blood didn't stop and makes everybody start to worry, asspecialy our coach. he settle us down and fetch byran to the clinic. luckily he got nothing serious with the injured and his nose stopped bleeding. wow... what a good experience for me. to remind those who read my blog here, don't ever let your face facing up when your nose bleed, let it flow and blow it out, keep your breath in sequence too. if your face facing up, the blood will possible flow backwards and that's really dangerous. anyway, really got to becareful.
